Adjusting
the PowerSkip
By moving the kneebow, the correct height of the
cushion relative to the "footplate" is adjusted and fixed with pipe clamps
(Fig 1). This is identical for the PowerSkip Standard and PowerSkip Pro
modell.
The correct position of the cushion is direct
under the knee. This gives the maximum stability and does not handicap.
With the binding system of the PowerSkip Standard
model the axial position of the foot can be adjusted very simple by changing
the lenght of the heel band. This allows to position every foot size very
quick into the center of balance. (Fig.2)
The fixing system of the PowerSkip Pro is based
on a direct bolted shoe to the "footplate". Quick changes are not possible,
but the method guarantees a nearly perfect connection between foot and
mechanics. For safety reasons an additional safety belt is installed. The
correct positioning of the shoe is described in detail in the users manual.
